The additional weight of e-bikes creates new challenges when lifting the bike onto a rack, moving it around the garage, or carrying it over rocks and roots on impassable sections of trail. The Devo saddle solves this problem with the patent-pending Pickup handle, which helps with lifting or pushing an e-bike both during transport and on the trail, while remaining completely unobtrusive to the rider while pedaling. Our new base Fusion Form technology balances overall comfort and durability by precisely tuning the fiber content and selecting the flex profile that works best for the Devo. Medium-thickness padding eliminates pressure points around the sit bones and provides long-lasting comfort during long rides that last a little longer than planned. The Devo’s width contour gradually increases across the front half of the saddle, then quickly widens to create the primary sit-bone support area. This allows you to remain seated and pedal hard without the insides of your thighs rubbing against the saddle edges. The wide nose allows you to move forward to keep the front wheel on the ground during steep climbs that can only be tackled on an e-bike.

Installing the saddle on the seatpost:
Compatibility: Check that the WTB saddle is compatible with the seatpost. If you have any questions or concerns, contact a WTB dealer or a qualified bicycle mechanic.
The seatpost has a direct impact on saddle strength. WTB recommends using only seatposts with the following characteristics:
The seatpost must allow the saddle to be positioned so that the rail clamping mechanism contacts only the straight section of the rails, preferably within the range of the markings printed on the rails.
There must be no sharp or cutting edges that could alter the rails.
The contact area between the seatpost clamp and the saddle rails must be 8 cm2.
The seatpost clamp must not deform or alter the saddle rails.
The seatpost clamp should hold the saddle over at least 32 mm.
The seatpost clamp should not extend beyond the outer sides of the saddle body.
The seatpost clamp must have the same shape as the outer surface of the saddle rails.
More information about torque can be found in the seatpost clamp instruction manual. Under no circumstances should a vertical-load clamping torque exceeding 90 N*m or a lateral-load clamping torque exceeding 13,5*m be used.
Warning:
Failure to confirm compatibility, improper installation, operation, or maintenance of any component or accessory may result in serious injury or death.
Warning:
1. Any deep scratches or dents in the saddle body or rails may weaken the saddle and cause serious injury or death.
2. Damage to saddles with carbon-fiber rails can sometimes be difficult to identify. If the outer carbon-fiber surface is dented, frayed, torn, deeply scratched, cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged, the saddle must not be used and must be replaced.
3. If the saddle has been involved in an accident or impact, even if no damage is visible, a WTB dealer should inspect the saddle before use.
