Rocket TCS Tire Plugging Tool

Our innovative tubeless tire repair tool is CNC machined from durable yet lightweight 6061 aluminum alloy. It features an ergonomic design that fits comfortably in your hand. Internally, it stores four anchors (two large and two small included) and fifteen 1.5mm tire plugs. Both the repair tool and the anchor storage are protected by retractable covers, providing quick and easy access in the fleeting seconds after a puncture.

Ready to run

Before leaving home, cyclists can preload the Rocket anchor with 1-4 tire plugs, depending on the terrain and size of punctures they encounter in their region. Preloading one tire plug may be sufficient in regions where cactus thorns or thorns cause the most punctures, while 2-4 plugs may be more appropriate when cyclists encounter larger punctures caused by sharp rocks. The loaded anchor is then installed on the piston portion of the tool and the longer cap is placed over it. In the event of a puncture, the rider quickly grabs the tool, removes the longer cap, and immerses the selected number of plugs into the puncture site for an instant, airtight seal.

An extra hand gives you extra time

Does the hissing sound of air escaping a flat tire make you anxious when stopping? We've got you covered with our "extra hand," which can be quickly attached by removing the shorter press-fit attachment and dipping the pointed end of the tool into the puncture site. In seconds, the puncture is temporarily sealed while the rider determines the correct number of puncture plugs and loads them into the anchor. The Extra Hand can also be used as a reamer to create a more uniform hole for sealing tire plugs. Additionally, the Extra Hand can be inserted into the outer windows of the storage compartments to aid in removing the anchor if it becomes sticky after repeated use.

Reusable anchors ensure repeatable success

Once the anchor is pushed into the puncture, it remains in place until it's removed from the tire. This reusability of our Rockets tire plugs makes them not only the most reliable plug systems on the market, but also the most sustainable and affordable over time.
