GABEL CARBON XT 2S-80 AI is one of Gabel's top products dedicated to Nordic walking sports. The pole's construction consists of two sections that are adjusted in length using a reliable internal expander with double friction points to increase the locking force (TPL Highest Performance Lock).

The model is made of Gabel "SNAKE CARBON" 80 material for better stiffness and lower weight than regular carbon products. The ergonomic "Nordic GRIP" grip is made of hypoallergenic and sweat-resistant cork and is equipped with the "Nordic Click System" (NCS), which allows you to quickly remove the strap by simply pressing a button. An additional advantage of the model is the Anti-Impact System, which dampens and cushions unpleasant vibrations from the ground.

Moreover, for better visibility on the streets, in urban areas and especially at night, a special reflective "emblem" (REFLEX) is attached to the stick material. Finally, the strong and resistant "CARBIDE" tungsten tip provides excellent grip on any terrain.

TECHNOLOGIES USED:

• NCS System – Nordic Click System, is a system for quickly releasing the strap from the pole handle.

• GRIP – the contoured shape of the handle at an angle of 6-7 degrees was designed to increase grip comfort while walking. All Gabel handles are made of anti-allergic compounds.

• TPL – Top Performance Locking is an internal locking system that, thanks to the use of a “spreader pin” mechanism, allows for quick and secure adjustment of the appropriate length of the pole. • AI – Anti Impact is a shock-absorbing system patented by the Gabel brand that absorbs vibrations below 100 HZ.

• Carbide – carbide, a special alloy of metal, semi-metal and carbon atoms from which the tips of clubs – widie are made. This material is definitely more resistant to abrasion than steel.

• Carbon – the highest quality carbon fiber that makes the poles light and stiff. Gabel uses as many as 7 layers of carbon fiber per pole.

• S-Carbon – “Snake Carbon” technology is a composition of up to 7 layers of carbon fiber and Kevlar, giving a geometric arrangement of snake skin created as a result of innovative fiber crystallization technology, thanks to which the poles are 20% lighter and 18% more resistant to impacts. Snake Carbon is a revolution in the way carbon fiber is used in sports products. Thanks to it, Gabel poles will withstand long runs, mountain expeditions and ski descents even in the most difficult terrain.
