1. What are the payment methods?

There are 3 options for making a payment for an order:

1. Bank transfer - transfer the amount of the order to our bank account depending on the currency:

The order will be processed after the payment has been credited.

2. PayU transfer (only for orders from Poland)- by selecting the appropriate payment method you will be automatically redirected to your bank's website, where you can make the payment.
The account to which you make the transfer belongs to PayU SA, which will inform us about the payment. Thanks to this, we will be able to process your order faster.

3. Cash on Delivery (only for orders from Poland)- select the form of payment for downloading, we will process your order that you have to pay directly at the courier or postman at the time of delivery

 

2. What is the waiting time for the package?

The delivery time is 1 to 4 business days. The detailed maximum shipping date is given directly for each product.

 

3.What is the shipping cost to Poland?

For orders over PLN 1000 net, shipping is free. Below orders for PLN 1,000, the shipping fee is:

DPD courier - PLN 14, download - PLN 19

 

4. Can I download photos and content from the site?

All photos and content on the wholesale platform are downloadable. The use of photos on the retail store website is PROHIBITED.

 

5. Is there a timely payment?

No. 

 

6. Do you sell on a Drop & Shop basis?

Cooperation on such principles is possible, but only in exceptional situations. It cannot be the rule in our cooperation.

We usually send clients the xml file they import. Sold products are ordered collectively (even every day) on our platform (orders placed before 2pm we process on the same day so they are with you on the next business day) and they send to their customers on their own.

 

7. Can I order an assortment not on the wholesale platform?

Yes, but first we need to check if the range is available from our distributors.
