Power band GT rubber by tiguar - I plum

Specialized bands developed in collaboration with Jakub Podgórski, creator of the GT concept. These exceptionally durable bands are used not only for this type of training but also for comprehensive sports (motor) preparation. With four resistance levels, they can be easily adjusted depending on the user's needs and level of advancement. Their innovation lies in a pioneering resistance marking system, which indicates how much force is still required to achieve optimal stretching during the exercise.

GT classes use resistance bands of varying elasticity. They ensure appropriate exercise intensity regardless of the fitness level of the participants.
Resistance level I – plum band: the lowest resistance. Designed for beginners or for highly complex and intricate exercises.
Resistance Level II – Seaweed Band: Medium resistance. Designed for most people participating in GT training. It is the most versatile and works well in pairs exercises.
Resistance Level III – Olive Band: Heavy resistance. Often used in GT strength training by women and as a scaled version for men in most GT programs. Designed for advanced users. In addition to weekly GT sequences, it is often used in the GT Mobility program.
Resistance Level IV – Gray Band: The heaviest resistance. Designed for men or women advanced in strength training. It also works well as a counterweight in dynamic and plyometric exercises.
