The Vue fitness mirror is a completely new approach to exercise. You can place the included accessories on the handles mounted on the back. Thanks to this, you will keep order in your training space. The 22 ”color touchscreen allows the user to choose from over 11,000 training programs that are available with an active iFit® membership.

DISPLAY: The 22 ”touch screen located in the upper part of the mirror allows you to exercise with a personal trainer and select a training program.

MEASURING YOUR PULSE: You will get even better results by training in the correct heart rate zone. If you want to measure, you can buy a telemetry belt. Please note that the equipment is not a medical product. We recommend using a telemetry belt for more accurate results.

The speed of the equipment or the slope is adjusted automatically depending on the chosen route.
Workouts are divided into different types of activities: walking, running, climbing, marching, cycling, rowing, elliptical, general development, yoga and other activities.
Each of the trainings is led by a professional trainer who instructs you on an ongoing basis how to perform the exercise, also tells interesting stories about the place where you are and motivates you to give 100% of yourself.
The training library is extensive and extensive and filtering them is easy and intuitive. In search of the perfect set of exercises, you can set your favorite trainer, the place where you want to train, the type of training, time and intensity. You can mark the completed training as favorite, add it to the calendar and evaluate it. On the training card you will also find a description of the location, route profile (elevation diagram) and the approximate pace at which the trainer will move during the exercises. If you have a chest or wrist heart rate belt with Bluetooth technology, you can use it for iFit training. Active Pulse HR Training has been introduced in the latest update. This means that the treadmill or bike will automatically find your measuring device and adjust the training so that you are in the right heart rate zone. Training adjustment is both a decrease or an increase in speed and the inclination of the device that supports it. As a result, the same training will be more demanding for a person with better physical condition or easier for a less trained person.
During the training, the Leaderboard participant board appears on the right side of the display, which displays other participants taking part in the run. You can watch as you climb up and win the next place in the race on an ongoing basis. Feel like a competitor and motivate you to beat new users.
iFit is a community of people who share a common goal: a healthy and active life. iFit actively chooses various ways to motivate you to move effectively. In iFit, you can start a Playlist that accompanies you during your exercises. Users have access to several lists ranging from energetic, motivating for cardio and strength exercises to rock, to soft and muted music ideal for meditation and yoga or stretching to help you focus and relax.
Each of your training sessions is a mine of knowledge. You can view the statistics both during and after exercise. You can see on a regular basis what percentage of the route you have traveled, time, pace or estimated calorie consumption. Thanks to this, you can analyze and improve your results.
It is important that the user has access to the Internet. Only thanks to the active connection of the equipment to the wifi network will you be able to use iFit training. If the connection is inactive, the user will only be able to use the manual mode.
TRAINING PROGRAMS - VERSION WITH ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP:

As in the basic version, we have the option of training in various categories, but the number of programs, duration and their variety are much greater. Each training (except for the manual mode and user-designed mode on the map) is led by a trainer who instructs you how to run or what technique to use during the exercises.
FIELD TRAINING: Training sessions are divided into various types of activities: walking, running, marching, cycling, elliptical exercises and general development exercises, apart from the purchased equipment. The user can choose from categories such as: training series (long segment divided into shorter videos), speed exercise, weight loss, intervals, endurance. During the run with the trainer, he constantly encourages you to continue training, and also tells the history and curiosities of the region. He constantly instructs us how to run, what to watch out for, which running technique to use depending on the terrain. The treadmill itself adjusts the speed and incline in accordance with the route on which we are running, but we can constantly adjust it (decrease or increase the values) at our discretion.
CALORIE BURN: The main goals of the programs are grading altitude and speed in order to maximize the calories burned. The programs assume ascents at the maximum slope value.
INCLINE workouts: Incline workouts are an incline exercise or incline training. The program is characterized by high variability (from negative to the maximum value) and the frequency of changes in altitude. The goal of training is to increase your VO2 max and make it easier for you to run on a variety of terrain.
STUDIO CLASSES ™: Thanks to these trainings, the user has the possibility to participate in group activities at home. Trainers together with other participants perform various exercises and tasks on specific equipment.
STRENGTH TRAININGS: The trainer helps you to perform effective strength training. You can choose exercises for the upper or lower body parts, abdomen, and the whole.
REGENERATION: A set of workouts that support the body's regeneration process. The user can choose from yoga, stretching and mobility exercises, as well as walking or regenerating runs.
INTERNATIONAL: Collection of workouts available in Chinese, Italian, Spanish and French.
TRAINING ON THE MAP: In the version with an active iFit membership, we can choose the places we know or would like to visit. An additional advantage of the programs with maps is the possibility of observing our run on a map, satellite view or Google Street View photos.
