The Alp Trainer 2 is a progressive hiking boot with a high-quality, durable upper made of premium suede and stretch fabric, and a waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining that provides reliable protection for hiking in a variety of terrain and conditions. It has a generous front rubber tread for added protection from rocks and scree.
Designed for comfort right out of the box, it offers a precise, supportive, and hugging fit. Our proprietary 3F System with steel cable provides strong ankle support and lateral stability, while the Flex Collar enhances the ankle's rear range of motion and comfort when descending. Furthermore, the customizable SALEWA® Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) has interchangeable layers that allow you to further customize the shoe's construction to your feet. Climbing lacing allows for adjustment all the way to the toe, ensuring better performance on technical sections.
