The revolutionary Bowflex HVT cardio and strength cardio station combines strength and endurance training into one of the fastest and most effective workouts ever created. In just 18 minutes 20 seconds you can do valuable whole body exercises. They will help you burn fat and build muscle at the same time. Ready-made training programs will facilitate your work on the equipment, and videos made available in the application will guide you at every stage.
INNOVATIVE HYBRID RESISTANCE SYSTEM: It is a progressive resistance system in which we adjust the strength of magnetic and air resistance. The faster the exercises are performed, the greater the resistance. 16 levels of basic resistance are provided by a magnet, while the peak resistance is generated by a pneumatic wheel. In this way, training with an HVT power station remains a challenge.
TRAINING PROGRAMS: The device has 4 training programs (including one manual) and up to 16 resistance levels. They can easily be changed by turning the knob on the console. Thanks to this you will find the right level for you, regardless of whether you are a beginner athlete or an advanced user.
SPRINT: A program lasting 18 minutes 20 seconds, created to help you work on strength, speed and regeneration. It consists of 8 exercises in 4 series. Each exercise is performed for 20 seconds, with a 10-second break between them and a minute of rest between sets. The whole training lasts exactly 18 minutes 20 seconds.
CIRCUIT: A circuit training program with which you can work on strength, form and range of motion. It consists of 8 exercises in 4 series. Each of them is performed for 25 seconds, with 15 seconds between them and 20 seconds of rest between sets. The whole lasts 21 minutes 20 seconds.
BUILDER: Created so that you can work on strength and endurance. It consists of 8 exercises in 8 series. The first series consists of doing one exercise for 30 seconds, followed by the same long break. Add more exercises to the series until you reach eight. The training lasts 21 minutes 30 seconds.
APPLICATION: The free Bowflex HVT app will help you do the training to be as effective as possible. It is readable and easy to use. There is a list of 50 exercises with exercises. They are divided alphabetically and by muscle groups on which they act. This will make it easier for you to choose the right exercises and do them properly. Using the option to create your own training, you can choose the program (sprint, circuit, builder), and then match the exercises from the list. The application provides additional motivation to exercise, because you can set goals that you want to achieve and earn rewards.
USER PROFILES: It is possible to save four user profiles on the console. Each person can save their parameters and settings without fear that they will be lost when someone else starts training. The user profile can be easily changed using the console button.
HEART RATE MEASUREMENT: You can achieve even better results by training in the appropriate heart rate zone. HVT has the ability to connect and read heart rate from a telemetry belt (not included). Calories and adipose tissue are burned the fastest at 70% of maximum pulse (HRmax). HRmax can be calculated by subtracting the age from 220. Sensors located on the handles allow constant approximate control. It should be remembered that pulse measurement using a telemetry belt gives approximate (approximate) results. The equipment is not a medical product.
TABLET HOLDER: A stable tablet holder has been placed on the equipment, thanks to which you can comfortably use the application without worrying about the device falling out during intense exercise. The holder fits any tablet size.
CONSOLE: The console is large, designed to facilitate its use. The large, backlit, colorful LED display clearly shows parameters such as time, resistance level, calories burned and power. At the bottom of the console there is a knob with which you can adjust the resistance level so that the training is comfortable and effective. Below the display there are buttons for quick change of training program, thanks to which you do not waste time on choosing settings when you want to quickly start exercising.
HANDLES: 6 high quality durable handles, it is solidly mounted on the atlas. Thanks to this, you can fully use your potential during training.
