To perform a full-fledged workout, you only need to find 16 minutes of the day. That's what the special X-Mode interval program takes, which you can use to train your whole body.

TRAINING PROGRAMS: 7 pre-loaded training programs and 8 resistance levels provide the opportunity to vary the difficulty of exercise, so you can use the equipment for many years, regardless of whether you are a beginner athlete or an advanced user. The most recommended is the 16-minute X-Mode interval program, which you can enable by pressing the appropriate quick change button on the console. In eight segments, it will guide you through whole body training (upper 90 seconds, 30 seconds lower muscle parts).
USER PROFILES: The console has the ability to save two user profiles, so your training data will be safe when the other person starts exercising. Everyone can set their most important parameters such as age, weight and even the preferred display brightness.
DISPLAY: The large, backlit LCD with high resolution will satisfy even the most demanding users. It is legible and easy to use, which facilitates ongoing tracking of training data. In addition, the display shows whether you are moving forward or backward. It also shows which muscles, upper or lower, you have to exercise at a given time. The "Performance, Endurace, Fat burn" indicator tells you your current level of performance and fat burning speed.
QUICK CHANGE BUTTONS: On the console there are buttons to help you change the user quickly, change the training program and adjust the volume. In addition, there are buttons on the fixed handles that you can use to set the resistance level that's right for you. The layout of the keys has been planned so that you can easily use them during training.
TWO TYPES OF HANDLES: Similar to the best quality elliptical cross trainers, LateralX LX3i has two types of handles. Long, contoured, movable handles are finished with a special tip that facilitates exercise and movement of the hands. There are heart rate sensors on the smaller handles at the front of the console. In addition, there are buttons above the sensors that allow you to quickly change the resistance level. Thanks to the fact that you can change the way you handle, you will avoid fatigue too quickly and you will exercise your upper body in different ways.
HEART RATE MEASUREMENT: You can achieve even better results by training in the appropriate heart rate zone. Calories and adipose tissue are burned the fastest at 70% of maximum pulse (HRmax). HRmax can be calculated by subtracting age from the value of the number 220. Sensors located on the handles allow for constant approximate control. It should be remembered that the measurement of pulse using sensors / sensors placed in the product gives approximate (approximate) results. The equipment is not a medical product.
