During walking, the muscles of the buttocks, lower legs, thighs, as well as the muscles of the arms, shoulders, chest and abdomen work with the poles. Involving such a large muscle group has a positive effect on improving our overall physical fitness. The telescopic construction of the poles allows quick and easy adjustment of their length depending on the user's height. NW-TK19 are equipped with an internal anti-shock shock absorbing system, absorbing vibrations during hiking and providing joint protection even during intense walking. The poles are designed for flat surfaces with hardened surface (e.g. asphalt) as well as mountainous thanks to the replaceable tips.
